Guests have full access to the property except for the owner's closet.

• Pool heat is available for $30 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay
• Grill use is available for a one-time fee of $35 per stay, which includes grill cleaning and propane

• Check-in instructions will be sent a few days before your arrival
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• No pets allowed ($300 fee if there is evidence of a pet)
• No smoking anywhere on the property ($300 fee if violated)
• No parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Our team is available before and during your stay if you need anything
• The home is professionally cleaned before every stay.
• We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dish soap. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional toiletries and consumables as needed.
• Items left behind: A $75 service fee applies for retrieving, packaging, and shipping items left behind. Additional shipping costs may apply for oversized items or higher shipping rates. Retrieval may be delayed if the property is occupied or has an upcoming reservation.
