About this house rental

Old Town Treasure, Historic Seaport. Unique historic custom two story Conch house, with private pool and spa. Three bedrooms, three and 1/2 baths. Elegantly furnished with fine art. Ship builder built, with quality custom woodwork throughout. Beautiful Brazilian Cherry floors, Dade County pine walls and custom kitchen. Enjoy the privacy of each bedroom, with a split floor plan, plus a guests cottage. The kitchen and living area open completely to the outdoors with tropical landscaping, heated pool and spa. The guest cottage can double as the third bedroom for guest quarters, an entertaining area or for peaceful meditation. Fully fenced for total privacy, this property is located on a quiet small lane, between Grinnell Street and Margaret Street, off Eaton Street. You can walk to everything, Duval Street is four blocks and Seaport Boardwalk is two blocks.
