— GUEST POLICY —

This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It comes stocked with the essentials needed for your stay. If you need additional supplies, several grocery stores and convenience shops are located nearby.

Resort-issued wristbands must be worn when accessing shared amenities. Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.

— CHECK-IN INFORMATION —

Check-in takes place at the resort's front desk. Approximately 3 days before arrival, you'll receive detailed instructions, including everything you need for a smooth check-in.

— RESORT FEES | COLLECTED AT CHECK-IN —

The following charges are paid directly to the resort upon arrival:

• Refundable Security Deposit: $250
Returned after departure, typically within 7 days depending on your bank.

• Resort Fee: $40 + tax per night
Applies to all guests.

• The name on the reservation must match the guest's valid photo ID.

• All registered guests are required to complete and sign the resort's registration form.

• For reservations longer than 30 days, please contact the resort for current fees and policies.

Valet parking is available exclusively through the resort.

• $35 + tax per night for stays of 1–7 nights

If you plan to receive packages during your stay, the resort charges the following handling fees:

• 8:00 AM–4:00 PM: $5.50 per package
• After 4:00 PM: $27.50 per package

Please bring a valid photo ID when collecting your package. Charges apply only when deliveries are not addressed to the reservation holder.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the unit and throughout all indoor common areas. A $500 violation fee will apply if this policy is not respected.

— AIR CONDITIONING —

To maintain proper cooling and protect the home from excess humidity, please keep all balcony doors and windows closed whenever the air conditioning is running.

— TROPICAL CLIMATE —

South Florida's tropical environment means insects may occasionally be present despite regular professional pest-control treatments. Keeping doors and windows closed helps minimize their presence.
