The chef's kitchen anchors the heart of the home, featuring a mitered waterfall-edge island with bar stool seating, stainless steel appliances, and sight lines straight through to the covered lanai, pool, and the tranquil pond beyond.
The dining area seats 6 and opens directly to the pool deck — perfect for alfresco dinners after a day in the sun. A secondary sofa, plus a dedicated desk and chair, round out this side of the home, making it equally suited for families, remote workers, or groups who want room to spread out.
On the opposite side, a generous family room offers the coziest retreat in the house — bathed in natural light, anchored by the largest TV in the home, and filled with plush seating perfect for movie nights, lazy mornings, or a quiet place to read.
Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)
Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

Every bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and a smart TV — no compromises here.
Primary Suite (West Wing)
A true sanctuary spanning the full width of the home. The primary suite features direct pool access, plus a private walled front patio where you can crack the door and let the fresh Florida breeze roll through on cooler evenings. The spa-inspired en suite bathroom is exceptional — a private water closet, expansive double vanity, elegant soaking tub, and an oversized glass-enclosed shower with a rain shower head.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 (East Wing)
Two generously sized king bedrooms on the opposite side of the home, offering privacy and separation — ideal for families with kids, or guests who appreciate their own quiet corner. The second full bathroom doubles as a pool bath, with direct access to the outdoor deck for easy in-and-out during pool days. Dedicated laundry room also located on this side of the home.
