The kitchen has a full-size fridge, range and oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Plates, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls and knives are all here, so you can cook a real dinner.
The bedroom sits behind a sliding door, with a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a full closet and a second TV. The bathroom has a vanity, a full tub with a tiled shower, and a washer and dryer inside the unit. A mini-split handles the temperature.
PARKING AND ACCESS
The whole apartment is yours, with your own exterior entrance and a few small steps up to the door. One parking spot is reserved for you the entire stay, marked and waiting when you pull in.
THE AREA
You are under a five-minute walk from White Field. Park once, walk to the game, walk home. Downtown Newark and the courthouse square are a short drive, with Granville, Denison University and Dawes Arboretum nearby.
GOOD TO KNOW
One long-term tenant lives in the neighboring unit, so please treat the shared driveway and the outside of the building the way you'd want a neighbor to. Two steps up to the entrance. Home game weekends in the fall book out early, so book ahead if your dates land on one.
