We have the open plan living you crave for your vacation, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms complete with modern furniture and large, wall hung TVs.

Our open plan living area features, a large, feature packed kitchen, Dining Area and Living space, again complete with large wall mounted TV for those fun nights in after a day at the parks.

To the rear of the home you'll find the pool with its East Facing facade, with new loungers, table and interior lighting, the pool has a maximum depth of 5feet and can be heated courtesy of our new pool heater!

Facilities
This property is self-service—meaning except for your initial supplies, the guest will need to provide their own additional toiletries as needed, such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.

Upon arrival, this property will have the advertised supply of Toilet paper, trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. We will leave some additional items in the home for you to use.

Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

Relax in to our living area, enjoy the comfort of our sofa over a lovely wooden floor and catch a movire on our big, wall mounted streaming TV!

Our Full Kitchen has everything that you are going to need, there is more than enough crockery and ironware for your group, and to make your meal, use our stainless range and oven, microwave, dishwasher and over sized fridge!

Everything that you are going to need to get your drink and food options just right after another big park day!

Dining
We feature a table for four, complete with everything that you are going to need to make your meals!

3 bedrooms, sleeps 6.

King Suite - The Bedroom features a king bed, clothing spaces through Drawers and a large closet.

A Wall Hung TV completes the bedroom.

There is access to the main bathroom which gives you the opportunity to make the bathroom an optional ensuite.

Queen Suite - Situated towards the front of the home, featuring closet space and drawers and a wall mounted streaming TV.

Bedroom Three - Situated at the side of the home and featuring a double / twin bunk set up.

Again, plenty of storage and a large, wall mounted TV.



Bathrooms
2 bathrooms, 1 en-suites.

Bathroom One is situated joined to the King Suite and Living Room, featuring a walk in shower, mirrored vanity, WC and direct access to the pool.

Bathroom Two is situated between Bedrooms 2 and 3, featuring a shower over tub, WC and mirrored vanity

Hairdryers and all towels are provided in the Bathrooms.



Games Room
Parking is a premium, so we have created additional parking at the house

Pool
Our pool is situated at the very rear of the house and can be accessed through doors from the main living area and bathroom.

There are a couple of loungers and chairs for you to enjoy!

With a maximum depth of 5 feet, come grab a drink and enjoy the great outdoors!

Outside
You have complimentary access to one of the best Clubhouses and Communal Pools in the area, all within a 10 minute walk from our home!

Situated just outside, you'll also find the Best Of British pub and several other bars and food outlets.

Garage
We can accomodate two vehicles easily on our Drive, no large buses, trucks, RVs or Commercial Vehicles please!

A Small to Medium Car or SUV is welcome to use our garage as and when requested.

High speed internet is provided for your stay, just sign in and relax!
