NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty.
If the neighbors end up calling the police due to noise disturbance, a fine of $500 is applicable.
NO SMOKING
No smoking in the house or garage, and there is a $500 penalty fee.
NO PETS
Undeclared pets are subject to a $300/pet per night penalty.
Please respect check-in and checkout times. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $200 fine.
This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $500 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
FIRE DAMAGE Never overload electrical outlets and extension cords, or place throw rugs over electrical cords. Never leave cooking appliances unattended or unattended.
SECURITY CAMERAS Unplugging, tampering, or damaging the security cameras will incur a penalty of $500. Ring camera on front doorbell. Records video and audio.
