The Space:

Because these units sit right next to each other, your entire group can stay completely connected while still enjoying the privacy of two separate apartments. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood every room with natural light and frame endless Atlantic Ocean views from your expansive wrap-around balconies 🌊. Whether you are cooking in the dual kitchens or hanging out in the living areas, the ocean is always right outside your window.



Sleeping arrangements

This combo easily accommodates up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2 sofa beds.



The layout is split across two side-by-side units:



2-Bedroom Unit: Features 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the second bedroom, and 1 full sofa bed in the living room 🛋️.



3-Bedroom Unit: Features 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, 1 queen bed in the third bedroom, and 1 queen sofa bed in the living room.

Please note that because you have booked a combination of two units, all security deposits and resort fees apply separately to each of the two condos in your reservation.



Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 per condo is required at check-in for incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary.



Resort Fee (charged at check-in, per condo): $40/day plus tax (stays 1–14 days), $35/day plus tax (stays 15–29 days), or $30/day plus tax (stays 30+ days).



Valet Parking (Optional): $35/day plus tax (stays 1–7 days), $30/day plus tax (stays 8+ days), $650 plus tax (monthly rate), or $480/month plus tax (stays 6+ months).



Payment Note: Just a quick heads-up: resort and valet fees must be paid via credit or debit card, as cash is not accepted at the property.



To make your stay even more comfortable, customized add-on services are available upon request and subject to availability:



Early Check-In: Start your vacation a little sooner 🕒.

Late Check-Out: Savor some extra time before you depart. Written authorization is required in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs after 11:00 AM incur a $100 penalty fee for each hour or partial hour past checkout time.

Additional Housekeeping: Keep your space spotless with a professional mid-stay cleaning ✨.

Guest Comfort Items: Request a Baby Kit, Wooden Crib, Rollaway Bed, or Airbed to fit your group's exact needs 🛌.



Important Policies:

Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units 🚭. A 500 USD recovery fee applies for any violation.

Quiet Hours & Parties: Parties and loud music are prohibited at all times to keep the building peaceful for all residents and guests.

Reservation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any stay immediately without refund if these policies are breached.



Note:

The standard platform damage waiver of USD $99 is included in your total price where applicable.

The hotel places an incidental credit card deposit hold at check-in, which is fully released within 3 to 5 business days after departure.

In the rare event that maintenance is required, Zen Vacation Rentals reserves the right to reassign bookings to an equal or higher-category unit at no extra cost, ensuring your stay remains exceptional.
