About this villa rental
Our studio villa is located in Concrete Module #18 and accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. It features a Queen-size bed in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, deck, and private BBQ grill.
We are available through Airbnb messaging for questions or concerns. In case of an emergency, please call 911.
Important information before booking:
• The property is prepared for a maximum of 2 guests. Additional guests are subject to an extra fee per guest, per night. Inflatable mattresses are not permitted, and extra sheets will not be provided for guests beyond the occupancy limit.
• Complimentary starter supplies include dish soap, 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner/shower gel, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
• Flamenco Beach is a public beach with no lifeguards; swimming is at your own risk. The shower provides water only and does not have a heater.
• We do not provide beach towels, umbrellas, insect repellent, BBQ charcoal, coolers, or cooking oil.
• Culebra’s natural environment includes wildlife and insects such as chickens, iguanas, deer, cats, bees, mosquitoes, sand flies, frogs, and coquí frogs.
• The window A/C operates between approximately 33–67 dB.
Please note that we cannot accommodate last-minute date changes after a reservation is confirmed due to advance planning, cleaning coordination, and calendar management.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as weather or transportation issues may affect travel to Culebra.
FLAMENCO RULES:
No pets allowed.
No smoking.
No parties or events.
No cash accepted. Our staff is not authorized to handle cash for any transaction.

Check-in is at 4:00PM
Check-out is at 11:00AM
Beach bonfire or at the complex are prohibited by law.
To conserve the environment and save energy, please turn off the lights while you are not in the apartment.
Please wash all sand off before enter the villa.
We have septic tank:
Please flush pees and poops only, no paper products.
Only liquids down the kitchen drain.
Please discard all cooking oils, grease/fats, food debris and coffee grounds into the trash.
