In the well-maintained Parkresidenz residential complex on Kaiserallee, one of Travemünde's most exclusive residential complexes, directly on the lawn and only 50 meters from the tranquil section of the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea, you will find a high-quality furnished, 59 sqm two-room non-smoking apartment (living room 33 sqm and separate bedroom with double bed) on the raised ground floor with magnificent sea views from all windows and from the sheltered loggia.
