I present to you my house, a recently renovated apartment with 4 rooms for 8 people, 2 bathrooms and a strategic location. What I like most are its spaces and brightness, and being well connected to the center, you can enjoy the Zaidin neighborhood and the life it breathes, the local market Merca 80, the Science Park and its connections to Sierra Nevada and the beach. Exterior, with a terrace and views of Sierra Nevada, on the third floor with an elevator, equipped with everything necessary.

The space
This exclusive apartment, recently renovated with a modern and elegant design, offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and quality stay.
Located on the third floor of the building, the apartment has comfortable access by elevator. Being exterior and very bright, it enjoys abundant natural light throughout the day, as well as a pleasant terrace to relax.

The accommodation offers all the features of a newly renovated apartment, combining functionality and style. In addition, its impressive views of Sierra Nevada provide an exceptional panorama, turning each stay into a unique experience for the traveler.

The living room has large windows and enough space to eat and rest on its sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare any breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, and coffee maker; It also has enough utensils such as glasses, cutlery, plates, pots and pans.
Living room and kitchen are joined, which provides greater spaciousness to the main room and comfort when cooking and eating or dining in the apartment. The kitchen shares a bar with the living room that makes the stay in both spaces more dynamic.
In the apartment you will also find 2 complete bathrooms for the greater comfort of the guests. Of course, in the apartment you will find towels and bedding for each guest that you will find in the rooms.
This house was decorated and created with a lot of love, so we ask that during your stay, you treat it as if it were your own, so just come and feel as if you were in your own home. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible.

Guest access
The keys will be handed over in person. We need you to tell us your approximate arrival time and, please, confirm the final time again approximately one hour before arriving.


Other things to note
IMPORTANT: Given the low emission zone limitation in Granada, we recommend that you either have a vehicle with these characteristics or park in the La Hípica Parking, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Upon entering this parking lot, they send the license plate to the Granada City Council so that they are authorized by ZBE in the case of being without a badge and have remained in the parking lot for more than an hour.

You will be staying in someone's home; please treat the property with care and respect. During your stay: maximum of 8 guests; no pets, parties or events, or smoking allowed. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM-9:00 AM and 3:00 PM-5:00 PM. Before leaving: dispose of trash and return the keys.
