Enjoy uninterrupted access to the entire 3-level condo. Please keep in mind that there are 3 flights of stairs in the condo as well as stairs to the front door.

The garage has space for one vehicle and is shared with another unit. Please keep to the left side (when face garage) so the neighbors can fit as well. Large vehicles or extra cars can park in the overflow parking area.

To ensure the safety of our guests, the indoor fireplace is not in use.

We currently have one kayak available for your use. We require that all guests who plan to use the kayak sign a liability waiver before checking in. Enjoy it safely!


Other details to note:

Parties and gatherings at Airbnb houses are illegal by the City bylaw and banned by Airbnb's global anti-party policy.

No special events, commercial activity, photoshoots, video making, outside guests are allowed. Anyone that is not a confirmed guest entering the condo for any reason is considered a social gathering. (If you have immediate family who needs to visit, please inform me before booking.)

There are surveillance cameras right outside the condo. There is anti party alarm equipment (noise-aware) (can only be triggered by large-scale parties). If any social gathering/party is scheduled, we will know. We will immediately call the police, remove you from the condo, and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, or damages. Your entire booking fee and security deposit will also not be returned.

This condo is only to be used for lodging purposes.

I sincerely hope this policy will also bring comfort and peace of mind to all my guests, knowing I host Airbnb responsibly. It is for our mutual safety.

We also observe Airbnb's new pilot program that requires guests to be 25+ to book entire homes. We will regrettably not be able to host your stay If your group is mostly under 25.

The condo does not allow pets or smoking.

Some of the beds may squeak a little with movement. While this doesn’t affect comfort, we like to mention it in advance so there are no surprises.
