The "Elvis House" was originally built by the International Hotel and the Hilton Hotel as a private and very exclusive hideaway for various headliners who were performing in Las Vegas such as Elvis Presley, Dean Martin and Marilyn Monroe and host of other famous, infamous and mysterious persons of note. The historic and famous home is also an important part of Las Vegas because of its unique mid-century modern architecture.
This impressive and beautiful home can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. From spacious common areas to private and stylish bedrooms. It has everything travelers need and could want to feel comfortable while exploring Las Vegas.
Room Breakdown
The Backyard:
Large Deep Pool, cabana lounge, plenty of seating space, lounge chairs and umbrellas, large outdoors kitchen with grill and dining table.
DOWNSTAIRS:
Game Room: Poker table and game with 10 seats, ping pong and pool table, bowling game and shuffleboard.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, bathroom 1 attached, large smart TV, closet space, a sofa, and sliding doors to the backyard.
Bathroom 2: indoor pool bathroom with a large shower, and plenty of towel and toiletries.
UPSTAIRS:
Large living area: 8-person dining table, large couch, large smart TV, fireplace, and plenty if games for all guest to enjoy. The dining room opens to a patio with a great view of the mountains and the backyard
Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and many more.
Bedroom 2: 2 king size beds, bathroom 1 attached, large smart TV, walk in closet, sofa, 2 ceiling fans, and balcony with a view of the backyard.
Bedroom 3: 2 king size beds, large smart TV, closet space, comfortable chair and ceiling fan
Bedroom 4: King-size bed, large smart TV, closet space, desk and chair, ceiling fan
Other Things to Note:
NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS
We ask that you remain respectful and keep the noise down, specifically in the backyard. Per city code, quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. daily. The neighbors will contact the authorities if there are any disturbances.
Our house rules state:
No loud music outside Give hours
No smoking inside
No parties or events are allowed
No pets unless authorized (fees apply)
Upon arrival, you have 24 hours to check the house and report any maintenance concerns you have so we may address them as soon as possible.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rental, and there is a $500 fee for the violation of the house rules.
• If any property is damaged or missing after your departure you will be charged for the value of the item.
• Mailbox access is NOT provided. Guests may order packages through the post office or lockers.
• Early check-ins are subject to availability for an additional fee and not guaranteed until the day of your arrival.
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided free of charge upon request. Please note all items are subject to availability. Deliveries are between 11am and 8pm.
• There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device. This device will simply notify StripViewSuites if the noise level goes above a certain volume. This device is for home security and for the consideration of the neighborhood. If there is a noise complaint guests may be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
• There are Ring Surveillance cameras on the outside of the property. Ring surveillance is only used for security purposes. Surveillance is not used inside of the property. Devices are located at the front door and backyard. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
• This home is monitored 24 hours by AV security company. Security monitors the noise sensors and cameras to ensure the safety of our guests and neighbors.
•StripViewSuites Hours of Operation are 24 hours, seven days a week, including holidays.
