About this apartment rental
Townhome with two Balconies with views of the Ocean. Sleeps 4, King Bed in the Primary Bedroom, Two Twin beds in the Secondary Bedroom. Two full bathrooms upstairs, Half bath on the main floor. Close proximity to the Beach walk over which makes it very nice on Hot Days! Close to the pool you can call down to your family when it's time to eat. Pool closes at dusk so you will not be disturbed when you are trying to sleep. You will love staying here!

We love St Augustine for its history, great architecture, beautiful beaches and friendly people. This condo was a wonderful place to enjoy all of that and more. It was well equipped with beach equipment, kitchen utensils and comfortable beds and furniture. The grounds were well groomed and people were welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed how close restaurants and grocery stores were. We had a great 30 day stay. I would recommend this special place to everyone. Very clean and quiet property. 3 minute walk to the beach
and our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.We hope to return again in 2025!

Very comfortable stay! Great to sit on the decks (2 of them) and watch the ocean with morning coffee and afternoon wine. Not directly facing ocean but a very enjoyable angled view that is EASILY seen from the patio chairs. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, as were the plush towels. Kitchen well stocked (even an Instant Pot!) and some other supplies, likely left by previous guests (plastic wrap, paper towel, sunscreen and bug spray, etc), were helpful. Assess what you need to shop for once you get here as a previous guest may have left what you need! Grocery store close by. Washer and dryer for a mid-week laundry helped us pack lightly. Also, plenty of beach chairs and beach towels … Even some beach toys for the kids. Condo super close to the boardwalk to the BEAUTIFUL beach. Also, condo located close enough to St Augustine proper, without having to deal with the crowds. Stairs in to the condo and stairs to the bedrooms … but weren’t an issue for us. Generally quiet complex. Carmen was responsive and easy to work with. Only “con” … Our neighbors on both sides were noisy (one played the BANJO!) and the other played their TV LOUDLY… and the walls are paper thin. We all had earplugs, though, so we made it work (and this isn’t something owner can really control). Might have just been the luck of the draw for us with these other guests. In summary, we would rent again if our travels brought us here in the future.
