Great location but lacked basic hospitality touches

The location was great. Very handy to Accor Stadium and the entertainment area. The apartment was clean and the furnishings up to date.

The pick up of the keys was fair. The person working at the shop couldn’t help with any of my questions which were very general. This is a lack of hospitality for accommodation which was not cheap. The parking was confusing. And I had to check out early, before the shop opened at 9 and had to leave the keys on the table in the apartment. There was no communication that you had to access the car park with the keys before you could do that. And you were told to take a picture of the keys but no contact details to send it to. There was opened food in the cupboard from previous guests which is unhygienic. It also suggested to me the kitchen wasn’t cleaned properly. For accommodation serviced apartments I think basic tea, coffee and milk sachets should be provided
