It also sits on a main road, so some traffic and road noise should be expected. - The kitchen is small and does not have a dishwasher. There is also no washer or dryer in the home. - The home does not have central air conditioning or forced-air heating. Window AC units are provided in each room. - The bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom. Parking Details: - One assigned uncovered parking space is available in the driveway. Up to two vehicles may park in tandem on the right side of the driveway; the left side is reserved for the permanent residents of the main house. - Street parking is available across the street, but the main road is heavily trafficked. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 (Loft) / Queen bed Living Room / Queen sleeper sofa --- This is a smoke-free property.
