I loved the amenities, especially the washer-dryer function! My family was going to Tokyo next after our stay in Hokkaido, and it was a MASSIVE RELIEF to be able to reset our laundry for the next leg of our journey! The dryer function was so helpful because it meant we didn’t have to manually hang our clothes or search outside for a dryer!! I am also particularly impressed with the support team and how quickly my questions got answered ! They are so understanding and thorough in their answers. I deeply appreciate their support and patience with me :) As with any travel, a good, comfortable accommodation plays a big part in shaping the quality of one’s stay in a foreign country. It was my family’s first time in Hokkaido, and I’m very happy that the whole process has been so smooth! Thank you Artside Terrace for helping us have an incredible first time in Hokkaido!!
Not all the rooms were equipped with air conditioning… That made it hard for some of us to sleep at night as the air was still and the blankets made it too warm at night. I know that fans were provided, but they were small in size. I would recommend installing air conditioning for all the rooms!!
Plus, there was a cleaning fee which I wish would be more obvious from the start! My family was surprised to pay almost $100 more than the price we saw on the listing!!
