Property is a tad dated and needs attention. I stayed in a room with no windows, as everything else was booked, however it had everything you may need, except an iron.
The staff are just great and my my stay so much better! They had some great tips about the locations and what to visit, since it was my first time in HCMC. I would recommend booking a bigger room and definitely get a window!

The staffs are extremely helpful and polite. The locate is great right in the middle of district one.

The staff is very polite, kind, and helpful. It’s a pleasure to interact with the hotel workers, and they respond promptly to any complaints or concerns. The hotel is located in an area with plenty of restaurants and interesting places to visit.
The minibar is complimentary. Even though they have only a couple of sodas and beer cans, it's still appreciated.
Unfortunately, my initially positive impression was spoiled by the presence of tiny ants or some kind of small bugs in the bathroom and around the table. Although the hotel staff tried spraying the table several times, it didn’t help.
The shower drain was clogged, so the water drained very slowly. The Wi-Fi was weak, and the breakfast was overly basic and not particularly tasty.
