About this apartment rental
The gulf side unit has new kitchen appliances, soft close cabinet doors, new counter tops and new wood-look plank flooring in the living/dining room and hall. The beach-looking new flooring co-ordinates with the new blue/grey/yellow living room furniture, complimented by new wall pictures and lamps. Both bathrooms have also been updated. | | This unit has king size bed in the large master bedroom and a queen sized bed in the guest room. Enjoy flat panel TV's in the living room as well as both bedrooms, with DVD players in the living room and master bedroom. The dinette seats 4, plus 3 seats at the kitchen bar. Although the view is slightly limited, you will feel right at home in this cozy unit.

House of the Sun is truly our Happy Place. The front office is always willing to accommodate our requests. Most of the Condos are up to date and relaxing. The pool and beach are awesome. The location of House of the Sun allows us to walk everywhere which we love.
