This unit is located within minutes of spring training stadiums, major shopping venues like Westgate Entertainment District, and premier golf courses like the Golf Club of Estrella! This unit is perfectly equipped for longer stays with full kitchen essentials, and community amenities for the quieter days you have when you aren't out exploring all that the valley has to offer!



The Space:

Welcome to our modern and private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in central Goodyear, Arizona! This spacious and comfortable apartment is the perfect retreat for singles and couples coming to the valley for work, or for those seeking a getaway to Arizona to enjoy all that the valley has to offer!



BEDROOM: This unit has one bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed. The bed is adorned with brand new linens, pillows, and mattress to keep you comfortable the entire time.



BATHROOM: Enjoy the convenience of a well-appointed bathroom in this unit. This bathroom is stocked with some basic necessities to get you started during your stay.



LIVING ROOM: The living room provides a nice, open atmosphere with a flat screen TV for your entertainment.



KITCHEN: This modern and updated kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, equipped with basic culinary needs. There is also a dining table for you to enjoy your meals at.



COMMUNITY: The community features a pool, playground for the kids, and pickleball courts that will be available for you to use during your stay.



PARKING: Guests will use the street for parking during their stay.



No mailbox key provided. Please have all packages or mail delivered directly to the house, or to general delivery at the local USPS office. Any packages that need to be retrieved from the mailbox by your host will result in a $25 charge after the first occurrence.



Guest Access:

Guests will use a lockbox on site to access the unit during their stay. Guests have a private entrance on the side of the house behind a gate.



Guests will have access to the private 1 bedroom unit. They will also have street parking available to them for parking their vehicles.



Guests WILL NOT have access to the main house that is connected to this unit, nor the garage. There is a door connecting the units that shall remain locked at all times. Please do not disturb anyone that is staying in the main house.

Situated in the popular Avion at Ballpark Village in central Goodyear, this recently built neighborhood features modern, single-story homes with quick and convenient access to all that the area has to offer.

Other Things to Note:

All guests complete a quick, secure ID verification and check-in in our guest app after booking. Your guidebook and door code unlock once it's done. Nothing is charged off-platform, and your info is kept secure. Guests who prefer not to verify may cancel under platform's cancellation policy.

Some things to note about the property:

- The unit is an addition to the main house. The two units are connected internally, however the door is locked and unable to be opened from either side.

- Access to the unit is separate from the main house and will not require any contact with anyone in the main house.

- The backyards are separated by a fence.

- Residents of the main house have access to the garage and driveway. Guests in this unit do not and must use street parking during your stay.

- There will be a $100 charge for replacing the pool/community fob.

- Absolutely no smoking.
