Great North Shore Location — Close to the Beach & Browns Bay Village 🌴
Located on Auckland’s North Shore, just around 15 km from Auckland City and the Viaduct, this is a spacious, modern home with a beautiful tropical garden, swimming pool and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax.
It’s a great place to unwind, read a book, have a swim or enjoy a BBQ while still being close to everything you need.
At one end of the house are two guest bedrooms, which share a comfortable lounge, dining area, kitchenette, bathroom and two separate toilets. These spaces are shared only if both guest rooms are booked. There is also a shared kitchen available for cooking, as well as a laundry in the other end of the house.
The house is very spacious, so even though you may share some areas with other guests, there are plenty of different spaces to find your own little spot and enjoy some privacy. There’s a beautiful tropical garden, several private decks and outdoor areas, and of course the swimming pool.
We’re also lucky to be close to two lovely beaches, perfect for swimming, relaxing or simply enjoying the coastal lifestyle.
Browns Bay Village is just a 5-minute walk away, with everything you could need — shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars. There are also lively Sunday Markets, with food, local produce and plenty of atmosphere.
If you enjoy exploring, there’s plenty to do around the North Shore, including bush walks, vineyards, golf, tennis, surfing, and local arts and food markets.
Auckland City is around 15–30 minutes away by car or bus, depending on traffic. Albany Mall and Stadium are approximately 10 minutes away, and there’s a bus stop conveniently located nearby.
It’s a great base if you want to enjoy everything Auckland has to offer while still having a relaxed, coastal place to come home to. 😊
