The Space:

Located in the heart of the Marais—on the quintessential Rue Charlot, just steps away from Rue Vieille du Temple, Rue de Turenne, and the famous Rue de Bretagne—our apartment is the perfect base for your stay in Paris, whether you are traveling with family, friends, or for business. It is surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants.



Fully renovated 28m² apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator)



- Living room with a sofa bed (very comfortable sleeping arrangement), TV, and Wi-Fi

- Dining table for 4 people

- Fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher)

- 1 bedroom with a 160cm double bed and TV

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet



The cleaning fee covers fresh bed linen and towels for every guest, and the cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

My apartment is ideally located in the center of Paris, right by the famous Rue de Bretagne.



You’ll be spoiled for choice between the romantic Place des Vosges—Paris’s oldest square—the Hôtel de Ville, and the famous Musée National Picasso, all just a short walk away.



At the foot of the building, you’ll find the Marché des Enfants Rouges covered market, a favorite local hangout.

For the best falafel in Paris, head to Rue des Rosiers and visit L'As du Falafel, just a 900-meter walk away.
