Just a short walk away, you'll find the famous Feira da Ladra, Lisbon’s flea market, where you can browse antiques, vintage items, and second-hand goods. The iconic National Pantheon, a stunning monument housing the tombs of famous Portuguese figures, is also nearby. Several bus stops are within a 5-minute walk, offering routes that connect to various parts of the city. This makes it easy to get to destinations like Belém, Estoril, and Parque das Nações.

Accessibility:

As the apartment is located in the heart of an historic neighborhood, guests will experience some traditional Lisbon streets with narrow, cobbled and hilly paths. While cars can access the area, walking is the most convenient way to explore.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
