Step back in time while enjoying modern comforts at this 1-Bedroom Villa at Westgate Historic Williamsburg Resort, located just minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and the heart of Virginia’s Historic Triangle. Perfect for couples or small families, this villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests and provides the ideal balance of space and convenience.
The villa includes a private bedroom with a king bed, a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. Guests will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, and a washer/dryer. Flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony or patio (in select units) make relaxing easy after a day of exploring historic sites.
At the resort, you’ll find a variety of amenities to enhance your stay. Take a dip in the outdoor pool, unwind in the hot tub, or keep active at the fitness center. Families can enjoy the playground, game room, and picnic areas with barbecue grills. The resort’s central location also places you within easy reach of Jamestown, Yorktown, Busch Gardens, and numerous shopping and dining options.

- Size Limits: Dogs cannot exceed 36 inches in length or height.
- Fees: A mandatory, non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation is charged, plus a $150 refundable pet deposit. (Fees subject to change.)
- Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds are not permitted, including Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Sharpei, Alaskan Malamute, and Presa Canario.
On-Site Rules:
- Unattended Pets: Pets cannot be left alone in the room unless they are kept in a pet carrier or crate.
- Public Areas: Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the room and are not allowed in public areas like restaurants, spa spaces, or the water park.
