Staff was very friendly and accommodating
First off, your site list an outdoor pool, which is one reason I booked it. Guess what, NO POOL! Staff informed me that they have emailed this to Booking.com & it has not been updated. Next, the room was a total train wreck!! Sticking doors, musty & moldy ceilings & walls throughout. The bathroom door wouldn't even close. Also, the toilet wobbled everytime you sat down.

The staff were very helpful
Dirty towels. Not convinced room had been cleaned fully from previous occupants. Rooms smelled damp and foisty.
Dodgy area, felt very unsafe with doors opening straight to outside, people ‘hanging out’ nearby.
Didn’t feel safe. We found another hotel and checked out of Red Toof Inn a couple of hours after checking in. It cost us a nights stay for 2 rooms.

Free pet stay, floors were wood not carport, smelled clean
Woke up to bed bug bites all over me, told front desk and they didn’t seem to care .. also not a safe area it seemed, lots of people walking around that were not tourist and people blasting loud music at night and people staying there giving us dirty looks.. we ended up setting up a security camera off one of our phones during days we were out and had to leave our dog in hotel, that’s how uncomfortable we felt

I really did not like anything about the room except it did a refrigerator and microwave that wasn't very clean.
I did not like that the room was so dusty and the toilet didn't half flush. The room was nothing like the online pictures. It wasn't clean, I had to wipe down the sink before using it. No pool access or continental breakfast as stated online. Just very disappointed all around.

The room was a nice size.
They advertised free breakfast but upon arrival they have no breakfast. Their excuse was “we haven’t got our venders scheduled yet since Covid.” This was April 2023! There was no coffee maker in my room. when I asked they brought me one. The room was not serviced and I was told they only clean rooms every other day. I asked for additional coffee packets for my room and they said they were out of coffee.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and the hotel is close to everything in Williamsburg. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place.
The cleanliness could use a little work. But otherwise. Great place to stay.

The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful when we checked-in Friday night at 10:00 pm. He gladly gave us some extra coffee for the coffee maker.
The property showed its age. Grounds and parking lot needed maintenance. The room had numerous paint drops on the floor in the bathroom and paint on the shower tile. In addition, there was a very large piece of plastic and painter’s tape above the sink on the ceiling. The room was nice otherwise. Breakfast was advertised, however, there was no breakfast.

Not clean. All of the white towels had yellow stains on them and there were other people's dried pubic hair in the tub and a dirty toilet. Stayed 2 nights and couldn't bring myself to shower, take a bath or use the towels. Nice front desk person

That's the cleanest cheap hotel we have been in... and not fake clean, really, really clean.
It looks not very promising outside and inside the room it's a safe haven.
No breakfast.
It's so nice to have breakfast included.
Even if it's just toast and jam.

The place was clean, I booked 3 rooms for a Pre-Christmas family stay and everyone was satisfied with the accommodations.
Nothing to complain about during our stay.

Parking was some what of a issue ! Couldnt park by my room nowhere to park except in the back or the front

The manager was quick to give us a refund
The room was not cleaned
The first manager said that she would have our room cleaned immediately
We went for dinner and when we got back an hour and a half later the manager was gone and our room still was not cleaned
We told the new manager on duty and when we asked for our money back he gave our refund promptly
We had a long drive but were glad to be home
