Thr ash beside the elevator, air conditioning smelled Could have used more than 3 pillows with king size bed

Nothing, we got in our room and got to look around good, there was ashes on the floor and the bed, holes from cigarettes burns in the covers and sheets, the bed sheets looked like they haven't been washed due to all the wrinkles and the room smelled strong of smoke.

Dirty all the way around. Was only going to stay a total of 8 hours there just to sleep and couldn't do it We left. Hotel staff couldn't give me a full refund because we used the bathroom after being at bushgardens all evening. I will never stay again.

Horrible. Cheap but not worth saving the money.

Not much.

The hotel was very run down, people were just standing outside smoking weed, selling drugs. The pool……there is no pool and also I don’t recommend for safety issues going in the lower lot to look at i.

They wouldn't switch us to a room that had electricity. So, we checked out !

if you’re looking for a cheap place this is it.

it’s a normal hotel

crack heads, tv wouldn’t work they had to switch it out. the connecting door would not close. Kept hearing other peoples doors slam and it would shake our door sounding like someone was coming in

Nasty

That it was quiet.

The room was very dusty and cobwebs along the walls. Ice machine was shut down for the winter, why is that. Then only water for breakfast not juice or anything for a continental breakfast.

clean and comfortable… The only real dislike was no coffee available (lounge doors were locked and no one at front desk)

Being a Retired military person I feel it should have been better maintained and service better .

We had the place to ourselves.

A Rubber burning smell in the elevator, no hot water in the sink, and no room service also English speaking staff.

Wonderful

I’m a traveling nurse and I came to this area for a Doula class originally booked in Virginia Beach at an EconoLodge whom lost our booking we made this reservation while driving 45 minutes to this location who welcomed us with open arms

great price but not the best place to stay

it was convenient to everything in williamsburg

when we pulled in the loop to checkin there were kids toys in the road and on sidewalk. went inside lobby to find even more toys and people being loud. went up to room and it had not been vacuumed, freezer had busted drink in it, dresser had bugs and other trash in drawers where extra pillow was stored, bathroom had big ball of dark hair on floor and shower curtain was dirty. oh and second lock on door was broken as well as tv wouldn’t show a picture. never saw pool that was in pictures and the room didn’t look anything like the pictures. for a wyndham property it wasn’t like others we have stayed at in past.
