This beautifully appointed second-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gulfside condo at Sea Oats provides sweeping sunset and pool views with direct beach access just steps from your door. This coastal retreat is designed for effortless enjoyment of Boca Grande’s natural beauty.
The largest pool on Boca Grande awaits, the tennis courts are freshly resurfaced and ready for play, and every evening brings a front-row seat to the sunset — whether from the westerly-facing lanai or the soft sands of the Gulf beach just outside.

• Well appointed beach locker including a beach wagon, cooler, umbrella, beach chairs and beach toys.
