Enjoy a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath Las Vegas home with a private, unheated pool, game room, full kitchen, BBQ area, and room for up to 12 guests. About 10 minutes from the Strip, it gives families and groups private space close to the action.
The living room has open-concept seating, a smart TV, and a fireplace. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, dining seating, and bar seating. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have a queen bed; bedroom 5 has two queen beds. There are three full bathrooms with towels and toiletries. Enjoy the pool table, smart TV, fireplace, and lounge area in the game room. Outside, the fenced backyard has a pool, gas BBQ grill, covered patio, and seating. Free onsite parking, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and smart-lock self check-in are available. Guests have private access to the entire home; no spaces are shared.
Please note: the pool is not heated. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. No outdoor music at any time, and the pool and outdoor areas may not be used after 9 PM. No parties, events, smoking indoors, marijuana smoking on the premises, pets, or unregistered visitors. Children must be supervised around the pool. Exterior cameras monitor outdoor areas such as entrances and the driveway/backyard; there are no indoor cameras. The responsible renter must be at least 25 and present at check-in.
