THE SPACE
The backyard sits at the edge of a canyon. On a clear day you can see to the ocean and into Mexico. The hot tub, fire pit, and patio seating all face that view.

Bedrooms 1 through 3 are on the main floor. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub.

LIVING SPACES
The entertainment room has a TV and a curtain that closes around it for movie nights. The listening room is built around a record player, a place to put on an album and slow down. One group can watch a movie while another talks by the turntable.

KITCHEN
An open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, rice maker, kettle, pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper, next to the dining table. Pour-over and French press for coffee. A BBQ grill and utensils are out back.

WORK
Dedicated workspace with AT&T fiber internet.

GOOD TO KNOW
- No central air. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, and the windows open to the canyon breeze.
- No washer or dryer.
- Parking: the driveway fits one car, and there's street parking, which fills up in the evenings.
- Bedroom 4, with the king bed, is upstairs. The backyard has steps down to the lower patio.
- Self check-in with a keypad.
- One exterior camera covers the front door only.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire house, backyard, patio, and hot tub are yours. No one else stays on the property during your visit.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please take your shoes off inside. Slippers are in the basket behind the front door.

In the downstairs bathroom, hot and cold are reversed. Turn the handle toward C for hot water. Turned all the way to H, the water only gets lukewarm.
