OTHERS
• You must sign a short term contract and provide a government-issued photo ID to verify booking.
• Age Requirement: Minimum age to rent is 25.
• No Parties or Private Events allowed.
• The condo is equipped with a decibel monitoring device required by the City of Hollywood.
• The building is not ADA compliant. Although there is an elevator directly to 3rd floor guests must clear 6 steps to get to elevator from entrance,
• Condo and building have outdoor video cameras for security and safety of our guests
• The condo is pet friendly (dogs only) up to 2 with a max weight of 25 lbs. each. A fee applies per dog. (Note that pets are not allowed on the Broadwalk or Beach).
