WATERFRONT & OUTDOOR LIVING

The backyard is the heart of SuCasa Enchanted Lake. Spend sunny Miami days by the private saltwater pool, relax on the loungers, or paddle out along the canal as it opens into a beautiful lake.

Cast a line with the fishing poles provided, or unwind and watch for jumping fish, iguanas, crabs, and other local wildlife along the water. When evening comes, fire up the grill, dine together outdoors, and gather around the fire pit for s'mores as the sun sets.

INSIDE THE HOME

The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together as one shared space, so no one's ever tucked away in another room. Cook together, keep the conversation going, and gather around the table without missing a moment — it's a layout built for togetherness.

The fully equipped kitchen includes new stainless-steel appliances, filtered refrigerator water, a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and all the basics for cooking at home. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

4 full bathrooms. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, toilet paper, and hair dryers.

GOOD TO KNOW

Family + Laundry Essentials: The home includes a washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided. A Pack 'n Play with sheets and a high chair are available upon request.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire property. The home is exclusively yours during your stay and is not shared with other guests. Pool service takes place every Thursday, and lawn service takes place biweekly on Thursdays — the service providers will briefly access the outdoor area on these days.

For housekeeping and owner supplies, the AC closet in Bedroom 5 remains locked, along with two cabinets above the washer and dryer. All other storage throughout the home is available for guest use.

Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.


Getting Around:

A car or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is the easiest way to explore Miami from the home.

The driveway accommodates up to 5 cars.

Drive times are estimates based on normal traffic conditions. During rush hour, travel times may increase substantially and can occasionally take up to twice as long.



Other Things to Note:

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. At all other times, guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and be respectful of the residential neighborhood. Noise complaints will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• NO INDOOR SMOKING: Smoking is permitted outdoors only and is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home.
• SMOKING DAMAGE FEE: If a smoke odor is detected inside the home, a $500 smoke-remediation charge will apply, in addition to any extra cleaning costs and the replacement cost of items damaged by smoke. Guests may also be responsible for losses caused to a subsequent reservation if the home cannot be occupied because of smoke odor.
• NO PETS: Pets are not permitted.
• ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: For reservations with more than 8 guests, a fee of $25 per night applies to each guest beyond the 8th. This fee helps cover the additional supplies provided and extra wear and tear on the home.
