Your cozy getaway is awaiting in beautiful, historic Fort Myers! The view from the lanai is breath taking- you are less than 40 feet from the gorgeous Caloosahatchee River! Enjoy delicious meals prepared in your kitchen- (all the pots, pans and dishes you will need are provided)-at the dining room table or lanai and watch the beautiful, relaxing scenery!!
Featured are two bedrooms-one , the Master, with Queen mattress and attached bathroom including a very large closet, the second bedroom is a full sized mattress ,large closet and Mid-Century Modern furniture. All linens and towels, including soaps and toilet paper are included.
This amazing condo location is walking distance (about 25 minutes) to Downtown Fort Myers, and it's wide variety of memorable restaurants, quaint shops, stores and places of interest.\,will satisfy any taste. The kitchen is open with an island that seats three, the living room is spacious and comfortable, and there is a large screen flat TV. Why not enjoy your meals from the dining room with a river view??
On season,(Dec. to March 31) a free Trolly runs every half hour, to and from downtown, late morning to 11PM daily- it's about a 10 minute walk from the condo to the Trolly stop.
Washer and dryer are provided.
The AC system is brand new, the Dock, where you can sit and enjoy the Caloosahatchee River,is brand new- expect to see Manatees, Dolphins, game fish,Iguana or Geese, and an occasional Bald Eagle, eating it's freshly caught meal! The river has brackish waters- mix of fresh and salt ,so we never know what will swim by! There is plenty of green area along the river as well.
Your parking space is directly below the condo. The club house is brand new with TV, internet and small kitchen area.
The property is QUIET at night.There is lighting on every covered car parking spot and lighting on the property along side walks.
NOTICE: On- Season Rates are December 15 ,2025 to March 31, 2026. LOWER weekly rates and year rental available after on- season is completed. RENT IS $2,500 a month-$83.33 Per Night. After March 31, 2027, rates are $63. Per Night,$1,700 Per Month.
