Otherwise known as The Island City, Cumberland is a charming town with so much to offer. Only a 5-10 minute walk into town/main street, you can grab a coffee at many great places, shop the fun and unique stores, pick up groceries, enjoy a meal, or just stroll and take in the idyllic setting.

Back at the house, enjoy stunning lake views from the main living room, kitchen-dining area, and upper loft space.

The 3 bedrooms sleep up to 8 people* and includes a king bed en-suite with a 50" TV on the first floor. Two bedrooms upstairs include a queen bed, and 4 twin beds (twin trundles). There is an additional full bathroom on the main level and upstairs there is a full bathroom with tub/shower.

This home features an open-concept floor plan which includes a large eat-in kitchen that is fully stocked for cooks who like to prepare meals and still be a part of the action. The spacious living room has plenty of comfy seating for watching a movie on the 65" smart TV, playing cards or board games, and conversation. Enjoy the coffee station/wet bar which includes a Keurig, 12-cup coffee maker, and barware. Upstairs includes a cozy loft space that is perfect for reading or enjoying your morning cup of coffee before the whole house wakes up.

The garage space is a Game Room which includes a 60" TV, Pop-A-Shot hoops, air hockey, Pac Man (plus 10 other) video game console, and roller ball. Also available are corn hole boards and many board games and puzzles.

You can hit the water in no time with your own dock and the provided kakaks, canoe, stand-up paddle board, and paddle boat. Launch your own boat at the city boat launch which is right next to the property. We also offer a Pontoon rental option, please inquire if interested (14' Princecraft w 40hp/4-stroke, seats 8).

This home is level to the lakeshore/dock and has a fully fenced backyard and private fire pit with Adirondack chairs right near the lake shore. The back yard patio (one step down from house) includes a 3-burner Weber gas grill, round picnic table with umbrella, and two reclining lounge chairs. There is a PICKLEBALL court in the adjacent driveway for those that want to try your hand at it, or for those who can't live without it!

Truly an all-season getaway, fall is beautiful here with changing colors around the lake. Nearby Timberland Hills is a fat tire bike and cross country ski paradise. Ice fishing and snowmobiling are very popular right off our shore in the deep winter months.

This is a dog-friendly home with a fenced back yard. We accept up to two dogs, 75 lbs or less. Please inquire if you're not sure about bringing your dog.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway and space to park your boat or snowmobile trailer.

We provide comfortable bedroom linens, blankets, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, shampoo-conditioner-body wash, hair dryer, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and facial tissue. Also provided are basic life vests, paddles for the canoe, kayaks and SUP, pickleball paddles/balls, firewood, starter coffee, S'more sticks, iron, and a Pack & Play crib.

*This unit sleeps 8-9. If you have a larger group, please consider renting both sides of the townhouse, if available. The other side of this duplex is a 2 BR/2 BA that sleeps up to 6.
