The space

Four bedrooms, each with its own window on the sea or the hills: a king, a queen, a second queen, and a twin room with a trundle that pulls out to two singles. The living and dining space runs the width of the apartment, with an L-shaped sofa, a smart TV, and a table that seats eight under warm pendant lights.

The sea starts at the bottom of the glass and runs unbroken to the horizon: no buildings, no wires, nothing in the way. Around six the sky begins to burn, pink and orange spilling behind the islands, parasails drifting over the water, the lights of Cenang coming on along the shore.

Watch from the balcony with a drink and a rocking chair, from the dining table, from bed, or from the bathtub. Every room in the house faces it.

A real office, not a desk in a corner. A long timber worktop runs the length of the room with two ergonomic mesh chairs, two external monitors, and keyboards ready for your laptops — two people can work side by side without either one compromising.
