- Quiet hours (10:00 PM-8:00 AM). Please keep noise, music, and voices (including on the dock and in the yard) considerate of neighbors during this window
- Life jackets in several sizes are provided and recommended for children and non-swimmers. No diving or jumping from the dock. Adult supervision is required for children near the dock and water at all times
- No swimming after dark or during storms/high winds
- Please return kayaks to the rack after use and do not remove them from the property; life jackets are required whenever the kayaks are in use
- Outside boats/watercraft brought by guests may be tied up at the dock only with prior approval — please reach out to the Guest Contact before securing any vessel
- Please rinse off and dry before re-entering the house to protect the floors and furnishings
- The dock, shoreline, and kayaks are for registered guests only — please do not invite outside visitors to use the water access
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Hamilton Reservoir has a public boat launch on the north side of the lake and a private, permit-required launch on the south side — there's no water route between the two sides as a causeway separates them. Please reach out to the Guest Contact for boat ramp information
TOWN OF HOLLAND & HAMILTON RESERVOIR LAKE ASSOCIATION RULES
- No dumping sewage, garbage, or debris into the water
- No operating a boat or personal watercraft while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- No open containers of alcohol on any vessel
- No erratic or high-speed operation near swimmers or in congested areas
- Headway (no-wake) speed only from sunset to sunrise, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays until 11:00 AM
- Power-driven vessels must travel counter-clockwise around the reservoir
- Personal watercraft may not tow anyone, and water-skiing tows are limited to 2 people at a time with an observer age 12+ on board
- Please check for posted algal bloom advisories at the boat launches before swimming
