The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, creating the perfect space for kids, teens, or additional guests. With two full bathrooms, mornings and evenings are stress-free for larger groups.

The living room offers a stylish, comfortable lounge area with a large 55-inch flat screen TV, couch, and beautiful design elements, perfect for movie nights or casual downtime. A dedicated workstation with monitor and fast WiFi make it easy to stay productive for work or school while traveling.

Guests will enjoy full private access to the apartment, including the living space, balcony, and all resort-style community amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and free parking. For your convenience, check-in is completely contactless. You’ll receive a personal smart lock code prior to arrival, making entry quick and secure. Please note: your unit is located in Building 1, so be sure you’re entering through the correct building upon arrival.


We want your stay at Everest Largo to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Our team offers quick, reliable support whenever you need it, whether it’s a question before check-in or assistance during your stay. At the same time, we respect your privacy and give you the space to fully enjoy your reservation. Think of us as nearby and ready when needed, but never in the way of your perfect getaway.
HOUSE RULES:

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to guests who are rude, disrespectful, or abusive toward our staff. Harassment or verbal abuse may result in the termination of your stay.

•Early Check-In & Late Checkout•
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed and must be requested and approved in advance. Unapproved late checkouts after 11:00 AM will incur a $40 charge.

•Parking•
Park only in designated RESERVED spots within the building. If none are available, you may park in the outskirts area. Please follow all parking regulations to avoid towing.

•Trash & Waste Disposal•
Please place all trash in bags and inside the designated container. Always keep the lid closed to prevent pests and odors. Trash must be ready for pickup by 7:00 PM. Service is available Monday through Friday only.

•Packages•
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the property. Please message us in advance for guidance before sending any packages.

•Pets•
Pets are welcome with a one-time $115 pet fee. Please keep pets leashed and under control when outside the unit, and clean up after them. Before checkout, please remove any pet waste, hair, or excessive mess to keep the unit clean and comfortable for the next guests.

•Fobs, Fans & TV Remotes•
Please ensure that all fobs, parking passes, fans, and TV remotes remain in the unit upon checkout. Missing items may result in a replacement fee.

•Parties, Excessive Noise & Smoking•
Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the property. Violations may result in a minimum **$1,000 fine**, additional cleaning or damage charges, and/or termination of your stay.

•Cleaning•
Our cleaning fee covers standard cleaning after your stay. Excessive mess, stains, odors, or cleaning beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning charge.

•Maintenance•
We rely on our maintenance team to address repair requests. While we strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, non-emergency maintenance requests may require additional time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
