A Building with a Story
Loft 434 forms part of one of William Street's historic commercial buildings. Krantz & Sheldon Architects are verified on the original blueprint plans, and Forbes & Fitzhardinge Architects also worked on the building at a later stage.
More than a century later, the building continues to evolve. Its laneway walls celebrate Northbridge's contemporary urban culture, while the apartment above has been transformed into a boutique architectural retreat. The contrast is intentional - and unforgettable.
Please note: there is no car parking space available, however there is free street parking from 7pm to 7am.
Experience Northbridge
Step outside and immerse yourself in one of Australia's most culturally diverse inner-city neighbourhoods.
William Street is known for its mix of Asian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and modern Australian food, independent cafes, bars, boutiques, live music venues, galleries and public art.
The historic Perth Mosque is approximately 50 metres away, reflecting the long-standing multicultural heritage of the precinct.
