This 70 sqm apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests and features 1 bedroom, a separate living room, and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine with 2 complimentary capsules. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning with two independent units in the living room and bedroom, TV, and washing machine. A baby cot is available on request for an extra fee. Please note that a video and audio recording device monitors the entrance door and terrace area; additional surveillance cameras are present at the pool and in shared areas, managed by the building administration.
