This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is very spacious with an open floor plan in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area for great gatherings with plenty of space.
The pool and raised spa sit in a walled yard with mature trees giving total privacy, only one adjoining neighbor: nothing behind the property, nothing to the left. There is outdoor dining for six, loungers by the pool, a gas fire pit, a gas grill, and lighting built to enjoy the beautiful evenings both around the property and in your patio cover. The louvered patio cover can give you full coverage or be opened to partial or full sun accompanied by outdoor umbrellas for shade. There are also outdoor heaters for cooler nights. Pool and spa heating caps at $300 of gas, renter is responsible for anything over that amount.
Out front there is a second outdoor space - a walled, fully gated courtyard with a natural lawn and seating for six. Because it is fully enclosed, a dog can be out there off-leash, well away from the pool. Please pick up after your furry friend.
