Parking: Complimentary parking is available for registered guests. Parking passes must be displayed as required by the resort.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted per HOA regulations.
No Smoking: Sterling Shores is a smoke-free community. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, and throughout all common areas, including the pool and beach access areas.
No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, parties and events are not allowed.
Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 19 years old and must remain at the property for the duration of the reservation.

Sterling Shores is a family-friendly resort with quiet hours and community rules enforced by the HOA. We kindly ask all guests to respect neighboring owners and vacationers.

Beach Information

The beach is just a short walk away via the resort`s private beach access. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are typically available through the beach service during the season.

Weather & Seasonal Amenities

Florida weather can change quickly, especially during the summer months. Resort amenities, including the beachfront snack bar and heated pool, may operate seasonally or have adjusted hours.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been obtained.
Pets are not allowed as per the HOA policy.
Do not move furniture between rooms or take indoor furniture outside.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the community pool.
Please keep sand outside as much as possible and rinse off before entering the home.
Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other non-toilet paper items down the toilets.
Report any damage, maintenance issues, or accidents immediately so we can address them promptly.
Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, or violations of house rules during their stay.
Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, Wi-Fi equipment, or other safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
Commercial photography, filming, or business activities are not permitted without prior approval.
Please lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.
Please turn off lights, TVs, and other electronics when not in use.
No illegal activities are permitted on the property.

Parking
Garage parking is not available for guests.
Upon arrival, all vehicles must be registered to receive a valid parking pass.
Association Manager`s Office: Ground floor, west end of the building.
After-hours arrivals: On-site security will issue your parking pass.
Parking passes left inside the condo are not valid and cannot be reused.
Vehicles without a valid parking pass may be ticketed or towed at the vehicle owner`s expense.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation without refund.
