Conveniently located, the apartment offers easy access to public transportation, with the Clark & Grace bus stop just a 3-minute walk away, the Clark & Waveland bus stop about 5 minutes on foot, and the Sheridan train station only an 8-minute walk from the building.

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
