Fire up the BBQ and enjoy an easy cottage-style dinner together after a day of exploring. Whether it’s burgers on the grill, a relaxed family lunch or an evening meal, the outdoor setup makes it easy to slow down and enjoy time together.

Adventure Right Outside Your Door

The cottage makes a wonderful home base for exploring Lake of Bays and Muskoka. Spend your days at the beach, hiking scenic trails, exploring nearby communities or discovering some of the region’s most popular outdoor attractions.

You’ll be approximately 5 minutes from Dwight Beach, 10 minutes from Limberlost Forest & Wildlife Reserve, 15 minutes from Algonquin Provincial Park and Huntsville, and around 20 minutes from Arrowhead Provincial Park.

There’s something to enjoy in every season - beach days and hiking in summer, colourful forest drives in fall, snowy adventures in winter and peaceful nature escapes in spring.


Bringing an electric vehicle? An EV charger is available at the property, making it easier to recharge while you relax and enjoy your stay.

Whether your perfect Muskoka getaway means exploring all day, enjoying a family BBQ, watching the kids play, singing karaoke together or simply relaxing in the sunroom, this cottage has been thoughtfully set up to make family time easy, comfortable and fun.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire cottage and its designated outdoor spaces throughout their stay, so you can settle in and enjoy the property as your own Muskoka retreat.

You’ll have access to all 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, sunroom, and the cottage’s family entertainment amenities, including karaoke, arcade games, foosball and indoor basketball.

Outside, enjoy the BBQ, propane fire table and outdoor fire pit, along with the surrounding space for relaxing and spending time together.

An EV charger is also available for guests travelling with an electric vehicle.

Any locked owner closets, utility rooms or storage areas marked as private are not included in guest access.

Self check-in makes arrival easy and convenient. Full check-in instructions, parking details and property access information will be shared with you before your arrival.

Other things to note
To protect the property, septic system and peaceful surrounding community, guests are required to follow these rules throughout their stay:

Garbage: Guests are responsible for properly disposing of their garbage according to the checkout instructions provided. If garbage is left behind for our team to remove, a $50 garbage removal fee will apply.

Septic System: The cottage operates on a septic system. Only toilet paper and human waste may be flushed. Do not flush wipes (including “flushable” wipes), feminine hygiene products, paper towels, diapers, cotton products, food, grease or any other items. Guests may be responsible for costs associated with damage or blockages caused by improper use.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless additional visitors have been approved by the host in advance. Unauthorized parties or events may result in immediate termination of the stay and applicable charges.

🚭 No Indoor Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping inside the cottage is strictly prohibited.

🤫 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM-8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbours and keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially during evening and overnight hours.

Fire Safety: The outdoor fire pit may only be used when local regulations and fire conditions permit. Guests are responsible for checking and following any applicable fire restrictions or bans.

By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to follow these property rules and are responsible for ensuring everyone in their group does the same.
