Our 70 m² vacation rental can accommodate up to four people and combines comfort with rustic charm—perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The apartment features two uniquely designed bedrooms: one is furnished with a romantic four-poster bed, the other with a one-of-a-kind hay wagon bed—a real highlight with a cozy atmosphere. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. In the bright living area with an open kitchen, you can cook, eat, and wind down together in peace. Right outside the apartment, a private terrace invites you to linger—whether for breakfast outdoors, sunbathing, or on balmy summer evenings. A small playground is available for children, while the lawn and barbecue area invite you to relax and enjoy yourself. A separate entrance ensures your privacy; Wi-Fi is, of course, available, and a parking spot right next to the house makes your arrival hassle-free. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the vacation rental. However, a covered outdoor area is available for this purpose. Bed linens and towels are included in the basic package for one week. If you plan to stay longer or have additional needs, please bring your own linens.



Our vacation home—Landhaus Sorgenfrei—is located in Hohnstein, in the Ehrenberg district. It’s located on a side street off the main road at number 55. It’s a large half-timbered house. The entrance to the vacation rental is on the rear gable end of the house, directly adjacent to the parking deck. The vacation rental includes a patio with patio furniture and a grill. Adjacent to this is the children’s playground with a garden trampoline, swing, sandbox, nest swing, a volleyball net, and a little cottage for storing toys and garden supplies. A gazebo with a wooden table and two benches is also nearby. In the village of Ehrenberg, there is a bakery about 300 meters from the vacation home, as well as a restaurant called “Zur Huschelhütte” about 200 meters away. You can treat yourself to some pampering at the beauty salon and hair salon by appointment. In the neighboring village of Cunnersdorf, there’s also an organic farm store open Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. In Hohnstein, you’ll find the travel agency Puttrich, which offers interesting excursions, including trips to the Golden City of Prague. Our Saxon Switzerland region offers many hiking destinations. Just to name a few: the Bastei, Königstein Fortress, the Schrammsteine, the Brandbaude, and the romantic Polenz Valley. A steamboat cruise on the Elbe with the “Weiße Flotte” is also highly recommended. Just come visit us—you’ll find plenty of interesting things to do.



On-site costs: The guest pays the full total price of the reservation in cash on site to the host!



Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 09:00 to 10:00.
