Experience an extraordinary stay in our charming “Trabi” vacation apartment, which offers 70 m² of space. Enjoy a unique atmosphere with thoughtful details and a special Trabi flair. The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a Trabi-themed bed in yellow or blue (sleeping area 1.70 x 2.00 m plus vehicle footwell), as well as a private bathroom with a shower and toilet in each. The living area with kitchen invites you to relax and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. You’re also welcome to use our lawn, the children’s playground, and the barbecue facilities. A parking space right next to the house, a terrace, and a separate entrance round out the amenities.
Special highlight: Not only can you sleep in a Trabi bed, but you can also drive a Trabi yourself. You’re welcome to make a reservation for this in advance.
For your convenience, we provide bed linens and towels as a basic supply for one week. If needed, you’re welcome to bring additional towels yourself. We also offer Wi-Fi access.
Use of the washing machine and dryer is available for a fee.



Our vacation home—Landhaus Sorgenfrei—is located in Hohnstein, Ehrenberg district. It’s located on a side street off the main road at number 55. It’s a large half-timbered house. The entrance to the vacation rental is on the rear gable end of the house, directly adjacent to the parking deck. The vacation rental includes a terrace with patio furniture and a grill. Adjacent to this is the children’s playground with a garden trampoline, swing, sandbox, nest swing, a volleyball net, and a little cottage for storing toys and garden supplies. A gazebo with a wooden table and two benches is also nearby. In the village of Ehrenberg, there is a bakery about 300 meters from the vacation home, as well as a restaurant called “Zur Huschelhütte” about 200 meters away. You can treat yourself to some pampering at the beauty salon and hair salon by appointment. In the neighboring village of Cunnersdorf, there is also an organic farm store open Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. In Hohnstein, you’ll find the Puttrich travel agency, which offers interesting excursions, including trips to the Golden City of Prague. Our Saxon Switzerland region offers many hiking destinations. Just to name a few: the Bastei, Königstein Fortress, the Schrammsteine, the Brandbaude, and the romantic Polenztal valley. A steamboat cruise on the Elbe with the “Weiße Flotte” is also highly recommended. Just come visit us—you’ll find plenty of interesting things to do.



On-site costs: The guest pays the full total price of the reservation in cash on-site to the host!



Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 09:00 to 10:00.
