Whether you`re here for a long weekend, a work trip, or an extended stay, The Sundown offers the comfort and privacy of a standalone home with everything Austin has to offer right outside your door.
THE HOME
Spanning approximately 500 sq ft, The Sundown has been thoughtfully renovated throughout. The home is one half of a duplex, but the only shared wall is in the garage — all living spaces are completely private, and the home lives entirely like a standalone house.
The bedroom has a plush memory foam king mattress.:

The living room is anchored by a 65` 4K smart TV with YouTube TV included, and the full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer mean you`ll never feel like you`re roughing it.
OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES
The private, xeriscaped backyard is built for unwinding. After a day of exploring Austin, there`s nothing quite like soaking in the hot tub. The outdoor space is yours alone — no shared amenities.
