Unit A is a full 3BR/2BA townhome; Unit B is a self-contained 1BR/1BA Executive Suite. Each has its own front door, kitchen, living room, laundry and fenced yard, yet they sit side by side on the same lot — perfect for two families, a crew that wants privacy, or a relocating household with a live-in relative or nanny. Sleeps 9 across 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

The space

Unit A (main home): primary bedroom with king bed and TV, two queen bedrooms with TVs, living room with sofa bed and smart TV, dining for 6, fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer.

Unit B (Executive Suite): private entrance, queen bedroom with TV, second queen bed, dedicated workspace, full kitchen, full bathroom, living/dining area and its own washer and dryer — ideal for the executive, senior traveler or couple in your group who wants a quiet space of their own.

Outdoors and parking

Two separate driveways and an extra-large parking area — room for 4+ vehicles, trucks and work vans. Each unit has its own fenced backyard patio with table and chairs, and the gate between them opens to one combined big yard with our private pet playground. Pets welcome with prior approval (see fee below).

Houston Medical Center 4.6 mi, Robins Air Force Base 8.7 mi, Perry 8 mi, Downtown Macon 27 mi, Atlanta about 1.5 hours. Convenient to shopping and dining in Warner Robins. Great for corporate teams, military PCS/TDY, medical and insurance relocations, and family reunions.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of both units, both yards and the pet playground. Self check-in with digital locks — a unique access code for each door is provided before arrival. Fast Wi-Fi in both units; smart TVs with streaming apps and local channels. Professionally cleaned before each stay.

Other things to note

Check-in 3PM, check-out 10AM (early check-in / late check-out on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). Quiet hours 11PM–7AM; no parties or events; no smoking or vaping. Pets: allowed with prior approval only. $65 per pet, per stay (non-refundable), maximum 3 pets. All pets must be disclosed before booking; unapproved pets are charged the same fee plus any damage. Units A and B are also listed separately — when this combined listing is booked, both units are reserved for you alone.
