Additional rules
1) Respect the Home All items provided in the flat must be returned to their original place and condition. Nothing is disposable unless clearly labelled. Guests will be charged for any missing, damaged, or broken items.
2) No Parties or Events This is a peaceful home. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly not allowed.
3) No Additional Guests Only the guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight. No unregistered visitors allowed.
4) Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM, out of respect for neighbours.
5) No Smoking Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the flat or in the hallway. You may smoke outside the building only.
6) Tidy Up on Departure Please leave the flat in a reasonably tidy state—no need for deep cleaning, but kindly wash up dishes and take out rubbish if you can.
7) Lost Keys Lost keys will incur a replacement fee and may include lock changes for security.
8) Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: From 3PM Check-out: By 12PM Let me know in advance if you need to request early check-in or late check-out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
