About this apartment rental

The property is located on the second floor, only 13 steps, of an old building facing the side of the Church of San Frediano.

Paganini, the famous violinist, was hosted here, as documented by the plaque in the front facade.

The newly renovated apartment has new furniture.

There is a living space, a very well equipped kitchen, a large sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

The two living and sleeping spaces are not divided by doors and are connected by a corridor overlooked by a lovely little balcony.

We offer our guests cotton linens, air conditioning, and blade fan

Air conditioning and heating are available for an additional fee of 8,00 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.
