Welcome to The Lemaire Square, a bright, colourful 3-bedroom house in the heart of downtown Gatineau. Restaurants, cafés, shops and services are just steps away.
THE PROPERTY
The main-floor bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom, in the semi-basement, has a double bed and plenty of natural light. The third bedroom has a single bunk bed, well suited to children, and sits next to the laundry room.
There are two living areas: a living room on the main floor, and a family room in the semi-basement for movie nights or board games. The open-concept kitchen and dining area is fully equipped.
The house has one full bathroom, plus a half-bath on the main floor between the kitchen and the living room.
Outside, there is a balcony and a large fenced backyard. Parking for two vehicles is included.
GUEST ACCESS
The entire house is yours for the duration of your stay, including the backyard and parking.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The house is in downtown Gatineau, with restaurants, cafés, parks and services within easy reach. Ottawa`s attractions are a short trip across the river.
EXTRA BEDDING
A single folding bed, a children`s bed and a baby high chair are available on request. A $50 + tax delivery fee applies per added bed.
LONG-TERM STAYS
For long-term rentals, select 31 nights or more to receive the monthly discount and avoid taxes applied to nightly stays. Reservations over 3 months include housekeeping every 8 weeks.
