Separate Residence on the Property:
Please note that the detached 1-bedroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at the rear of the property is rented separately to a long-term tenant and is not included in your reservation. A privacy fence separates the outdoor spaces, and each residence has its own private entrance and designated parking area. Guests of the main home have exclusive use of all advertised amenities, including the pool, fenced yard, screened porch, and other outdoor living areas.

When parking, pull forward past the black line and keep the right side of the driveway clear. This is the tenant’s designated parking space and must not be occupied or blocked. Please respect the tenant’s privacy and keep access to their residence clear at all times.

This is a comfortable, family-friendly home in a working-class residential neighborhood. While it is well-maintained and equipped with modern conveniences, it is not a high-end luxury property. We encourage guests to book with expectations aligned with a relaxed, practical Charleston stay.


Swim at Your Own Risk: There is no lifeguard on duty, so please keep a close eye on children at all times. 💦

Pool Care: The pool is professionally maintained and net-cleaned between every stay. 🌴 Due to surrounding trees, some natural debris may appear — two long-handled nets are provided for your use.

Parking: Please park only in the driveway 🚗
Parking elsewhere on the street is not permitted and may result in fines.

Noise Note: The home is conveniently located near I-26 — you may hear some light road noise when outside.

Pet Policy: 🐾 We’re DOG friendly only! A $60 pet fee applies. Please keep dogs off furniture and out of the pool, and clean up after them in the yard. We do not allow cats.
